It’s What’s For Dinner.® 300. The promotion reached millions of consumers on national TV and social media. Oklahoma Rancher Clay Burtrum is Chair of the Federation of State Beef Councils and Wyoming Rancher Mark Eisele Chair of NCBA’s Policy Division, answer the “Cattlemen’s Call” and tell the story of all the collaborative work that it took to pull it all off.
